it was located under an old hotel. it reminded of the restaurants in my city a few decades ago. my new french acquaintance and i were thirsty and needed something to refresh and cool us down a bit. we have been walking around hoan kiem and this was what we discovered.
they make their own ice cream.
reasonable price but the taste was just so right. i am sure it was not just the heat of the sun that day. even my new friend said so.
